i am a baker.
an avid baker.
i have not said it before, but im saying it now.
and tonight, i am baking 2 loves of ciabatta bread.
and so far, the dough is beautiful.
and seeing that beautiful dough makes me just so darn happy.
and i just cant stop smiling.
i hope that you all find your own perfect doughs,
